Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
- We ship PAN India through trusted courier partners.
Delivery Time & Charges
- Standard Delivery: 3-4 business days (may vary based on location).
- Shipping Fees*:
- Orders above ₹1500 – Free Shipping
- Orders below ₹1500 – Flat rate ₹50
- Cash-on-Delivery charges will apply

Delays & Lost Packages
- While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays due to weather, logistical issues, or remote locations may occur.

Return & Refund Policy
As a small business offering health supplements, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards. We do not accept returns for opened or used products.
Replacement/Returns Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
– You received the wrong product.
– Your product arrived damaged (physical damage or leakage).
If you face any of the above issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your Order Number
- Clear Photos/Videos showing the issue
- Your Contact Details
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit (refunds are issued in special cases).
Refund Policy
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
- Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds will be made via bank transfer after verification.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been dispatched.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
